The Waqf Board has about 8.7 lakh properties and 9.4 lakh acres of land, the value of which is approximately 1.2 lakh crore rupees. The Waqf Board is the third largest landowner in India. There are Waqf Boards in every state of the country. The property and land of the Waqf Board are being misused and the Waqf Board is the government office of the country. By creating disputes between the landowners and private landowners, the land and immovable and movable properties are being accepted and recorded by the landowners as a gift to the Waqf Board. Therefore, it is necessary to check the land records of the country. Our country is secular, but why are they trying to acquire the lands of the Waqf Board as Islamic? It is necessary to check how the Waqf Board has acquired the lands acquired so far. It is also wrong to use the property of the Board illegally and for personal gain. This includes English schools, hospitals, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to amend the Waqf Board Act to use the property of the Waqf Board for the community and to manage the property of the Board and to appoint managers and board members.
