Ramdas Athawale: We should think about how much land there is in the country, how much of it is tied up in loans, how much land has been endowed, how much land our society is cultivating, and how much land is lying fallow. Similarly, we should think about how many educated Dalits are being given government and semi-government jobs by Pakistani criminals on their educational documents, and how much money is being used to empower Pakistan.

Ramdas Athawale: We should think about how much ancestral land there is in the country and how much of it is stuck in usury and how much land has been endowed and how much land is being cultivated by our society and how much land is lying fallow. Similarly, we should think about how many educated Dalits are being given government and semi-government jobs by Pakistani criminals on their educational documents and are being empowered by Pakistan on this money.

Ramdas Athawale: We should study how much ancestral land there is in the country and how much of it is stuck in usury and how much land has been given as waqf and how much land our society is cultivating and how much land is lying fallow and we should take our ancestral land away from usury and waqf and prepare plans for group farming of the lands that are lying fallow so that our Dalit youth will not remain unemployed and Dalits will always have a good and permanent source of income and it will help in the development of Dalits.

The various development schemes for Dalits are being implemented by non-Dalits. They are achieving development and Dalits are on the verge of extinction. Dalits are becoming more and more economically backward and the government schemes for Dalits and the poor are being looted by the financial scammers in the society using the names and documents of Dalits and the banks are taking the money from the said schemes. In the absence of Maha DBT, the administrative system and the scheme makers and the banks, with the consent of the bank, take out the money system for the schemes for Dalits and the poor and through hawala. It is our duty as responsible persons in the society to look at the fact that the money is being converted into the currency of other countries in the banks of Pakistan and then deposited in the banks of Pakistan from other countries. However, we are not doing this properly. Going further, we should note that using the educational documents of the backward class youth of our country and on the basis of the interview letters of backward class candidates who have succeeded in the competitive examination, other criminal people, Pakistani extremists, are working in government and semi-government and educational institutions and taking money from those in whose name people of other religions are working, they are opening bank

accounts in the names of those whose educational documents they have used and sending the said money abroad through hawala and depositing that money in banks in Pakistan from foreign countries. Pakistan is becoming economically empowered in a partial way. Here, the backward classes are begging in the society and living in poverty and our police call the backward class youth crazy. After investigating this matter, the terrorists in the society who do this are Pakistani terrorists. Dalits are demanding that action be taken against the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Injustice and Atrocities Act and that social workers, police officers, bank managers and relevant state and central government officials who commit financial and fraud crimes be prosecuted and punished, and that the government raise its voice to ensure justice for the backward class youth of India.
