Subject – Complaint application regarding the neglect of public service and office work by the Central Office and the Controller of Vehicles in Solapur Division

 Sir

In accordance with the above subject, I request and complain to you that

1. Citizens do not understand where the Solapur Divisional Office is and where the Solapur Depot is, it is like dumping sites have been created everywhere.

2. Buses in the division do not ply cleanly.

3. Many buses make rattling noises and the wiring of the buses in the driver's cabin is open. Some buses do not have windshields and indicators, and if they do, they are not functional.

4. The suspension of almost all buses is not functional and they are not greased.

 

5. The buses are not clean inside and the engine noise is excessive, while most of the buses are emitting smoke.

6. The old bus station Panjrapol bus station is also not clean and the road connecting the bus station and the department is always uprooted, if it is built with cement, it will not uproot again

7. The open playground for the employees has also become a dumping site. Entertainment arrangements should be made for the employees

8. The new bus station at Shastri Nagar is a compound of glass or a wall indicating the boundary, so the new bus station has not been developed

9. If the new bus station is brought into use and used to park the buses of the district divisions other than the Solapur depot, it will be convenient for the citizens of the eastern division of Solapur as well as Asra Majrewadi

10. The city bus station should be used only for buses from Solapur to Solapur depot

11. It was heard that the staff accommodation buildings are old and will be demolished and if the said accommodation is to be demolished, then new staff accommodation should be constructed near the new bus station so that there will be ample space for the Solapur bus stand and the question of where to park the buses due to lack of space will not arise.

12. If scrap buses are parked in the new bus station area, more space will be available for the bus station.

 

However, I request the hon. to consider my request and complaint and see how we Solapur residents can get good bus service and make such orders accordingly. This is my humble request.
